Description Outpatient only practice is seeking an experienced Family Medicine physician, graduating resident or fellow This is a Patient Centered Medical Home office, offering a variety of services There is the opportunity to grow a large panel size along with the support of APP’s and an onsite Walk-In Clinic Join 2 physicians and 3 APPs Practice all aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases Traditional office hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 1:9 phone call shared with family medicine providers Base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan.
