Description Chesapeake Bay area Facility Seeking a locum BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to start May 19, 2025 Contract length: 3 months, potentially long term Shift times: 6a-3:30p, 11a-8:30p, 3:30p-1a, 8:30p-6a, 7a-7p, 7p-7a Minimum # of shifts: 3-4/month Annual Volume: Ranges from 31-63K Patients per hour: 1.5-2.0 No scribe coverage ED Beds & Fast track beds: Ranges from 19-40 Special services: Certified Stroke Center, Free Standing ED Backup specialties: stroke center, OB, Int Cards, vascular, GI, surgery, ortho (with hand, spine), 2-3 days a week of neurosurgery, nephrology, neurology (in addition to telestroke), hematology/oncology, urology, pulmonary/critical care, and podiatry STEMI will go to another facility EMR: EPIC Required: VA medical license, ACLS, Must be willing to work night shifts * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
