Outpatient | Monday–Friday Schedule | Light Call | Excellent Support Team

Join a well-established primary care group in Peoria, AZ seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care for both adult and pediatric patients in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Setting: Outpatient only

Patient Volume: Average of 6–12 patients per day

Patient Mix: 20–25% pediatrics

Support: Dedicated MA, PA, and case management provider

Call: Light rotation—about 1 in 6–8 weeks

Requirements:

Graduate of accredited MD or DO Family Medicine program
Experienced Family Medicine Physician or will consider a 2026 FP resident
No licensure or background issues
