Description Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient, managing both acute and chronic conditions. Conduct physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results. Educate patients on preventive healthcare and wellness strategies. Collaborate with the clinic’s team to ensure high-quality, continuous care for all patients.
