Description Location: Near Portland, OR (Inquire for specific location) Duration: As soon as credentialed (90-120 days) – 5-6 months Reason for coverage: Leave of absence coverage for 5-6 months Schedule: Full-time preferred Shift: Monday-Friday 5x8, 40 hours/week and 12-hour PICU shifts for rotating weekends/holidays Call: TBD Patient volume: TBD Scope: APP Inpatient Pediatric Cardiac ward with secondary focus in the PICU - The APP will work in a collaborative and independent manner caring for children with congenital heart disease as part of the Heart Center within the Division of Cardiology. Duties: rounding on Heart Center program patients, H&Ps, inpatient cardiology consults, Management/treatment of common Pediatric acute and chronic health diagnoses, not limited to cardiac disease EMR: EPIC Hospital: Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center Group/support: Collaborative care with a team of attending physicians, residents, fellows, and the Division of Critical Care Medicine. The inpatient APP team provides coverage 7 days a week for all patients admitted to the ICU and cardiac ward. Requirements (boards, license): BC, Active OR License and DEA, NP: Pediatric Acute Care, 2+ years’ APP experience working in Pediatric CCM or Pediatric Inpatient Cardiology * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
