Full-time OB/GYN Medical Director position combining clinical practice and leadership responsibilities

Provide office-based, surgical, and obstetrical care, including deliveries

Lead strategic and programmatic development for the Womens Health service line

Drive quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and service-line growth in collaboration with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams

Mentor physicians, advanced practice providers, and midwives to promote clinical excellence and teamwork

Supported by certified nurse-midwives and maternal-fetal medicine partners

Balanced Monday"Friday schedule with protected administrative leadership time

Participate in 1:6 call rotation

Minimum of 5 years of OB/GYN experience required; leadership experience preferred
