Urology Physician – Permanent Placement
We are seeking a highly qualified Urology Physician to join our team in a permanent capacity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and a desire to advance their career within a reputable healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive urological care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of urinary and reproductive system conditions.
- Perform diagnostic procedures, endoscopic surgeries, and other urological interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients on treatment options, preventive measures, and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology within three years of residency completion.
- Fellowship training in Female Urology strongly preferred.
- Current California Medical License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Ability to obtain California Fluoroscopy (FLURO) certification.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
