Description ABIM or ABFM accepted 6p - 6a - NIGHTS needed 12 hour shifts - rotate beeper call Provider MUST be available to work 7 consecutive shifts - preferably two weeks per month MUST have Alaska License ACTIVE DEA must be transferrable or already in AK - cannot release credentialing documents without that and license in hand Credentialing timeline 45 - 60 days 18 - 22 patients per day/night EMR: Epic No procedures * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
