Description New Job Details – Locums Hematology/Oncology • Location: Wyoming (near Yellowstone National Park) • Duration: April 20 - Ongoing • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12p (Ideally 1 FTE, but will take 2 candidate for 2 weeks per month), Must be onsite • Call: No call or weekends. • Patient volume: 12-14 patients per day, 30 minutes for follow-ups/on-treatment; 60 minutes for new consults; 30 minutes for genetics consults • Scope: 60% medical oncology, 40% hematology (sees all types, high volume of Breast, Prostate, High colorectal) • EMR: EPIC • Hospital: Critical Access Hospital • Group/support: 1 PA, oncology nurses, nurse navigator, infusion team, onsite pharmacy, and Cancer Center Director • Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified in Oncology, Active WY license or IMLCC Compact preferred * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
