Location: Moultrie, Georgia Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum outpatient family medicine care to patients of all ages
Manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and preventive care needs
Coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, and ancillary providers
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care team meetings Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
