Momentum Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Integrative & Functional Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Durham, NC. This unique opportunity is ideal for a provider passionate about treating the root causes of illness and promoting holistic, patient-centered wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized care using integrative and functional medicine principles
Evaluate and manage chronic conditions, hormonal imbalances, gut health, and lifestyle-related issues
Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating nutrition, supplements, lifestyle modifications, and conventional therapies
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive practice environment
Maintain accurate and comprehensive EMR documentation

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty
Additional training or certification in integrative or functional medicine preferred (e.g., IFM, A4M, ABIHM)
Eligible for North Carolina medical license
Strong interest in holistic and preventive care
Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
