Description Seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a thriving bariatric and general surgery practice --Schedule: Monday – Friday (half-day on Friday) --Our doctor performs approximately 175 bariatric operations yearly in addition to having a busy outpatient and inpatient general surgery practice. --He is a champion for patient access to bariatric care and recently helped expand and improve coverage for patients with Oregon State Medicaid. --In addition, despite our center’s rural location and smaller size, we perform a significant number of revision and other complex bariatric operations. These operations are mostly performed robotically. --Responsibilities are open to experience and discussion. --Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. --Key functions will be seeing pre and post operative bariatric and general surgery patients in the office. --Assistance in the operating room would be encouraged but not mandatory. --If provider is interested, we have a growing medical weight loss boutique practice that could be expanded. --This is an excellent position for an independent, self-motivated individual with a passion for serving the community.
