Description Seeking full time independent minded, self-stating physiatrists interesting in establishing or joining inpatient practices in Chicago, IL & Madison, WI. Ideal candidates should have at least two years experience in inpatient care, either at sub-acute, or acute rehabilitation facilities. Physiatrist will have the opportunity to establish outpatient particles with the specialized clinical focus they chose. The physiatrist will either serve as attending physicians or co-managing consultants, with an average caseload of 16 patients. In most cases, the physiatrist will participate in the call rotation, which include weekdays and weekends call. · Full-time and part-time permanent openings · Must be PM&R board certified/eligible · Employed with a national physiatry group · Turnkey private practices · 80% Inpatient general PM&R · Medical and program directorships available · Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm · Generally 1:4 Weekend and evening call · 4 weeks vacation, health benefits, 401K · Competitive salaries · CME allowances · Company will assist with state license · New grads will be considered · Paid relocation and sign-on bonus available (negotiable) * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
