Description Seeking a BC Nurse Practitioner --Assess the bio/psycho/social/spiritual health status of individual clients and families through history taking, data collection, and physical exam --Assists staff nurses to facilitate care for walk-in patients --Completes accurate documentation according to site specific standards --Participates in annual update of joint practice protocols as per NJ Board of Nursing guidelines --Prescribes or make judgments regarding pharmacologic agents and therapeutic devices --Educates patients on pharmacological agents, therapeutic devices, laboratory or diagnostic testing --Refers patients for specialty care as per program standards, protocol, or physician consultation --Refers patients to primary care as appropriate --Follows up on referrals according to site specific standards --Unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner from the State Board of Nurses for New Jersey --Employee shall maintain registration including prescriptive authorization with the New Jersey Board of medical Examiners --Maintain Active CPR * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
