Description Experienced Nurse Practitioner sought for primary care position in a large multi-specialty, integrated practice health center; 4 days-30 hours per week M-F; $52/hr plus benefit package; Experience with complex disabled or group home population a plus, but not required. Competitive salary and generous benefit package, CME and additional differentials for convenience hours available. Health Center is PCMH III certified with partnerships in State-wide ACO and local Safety Net Provider Organization.
