Description Trauma center, has a new opportunity for a second Nephrologist to join our team in an established practice. - Multispecialty group seeking to hire a second Nephrologist to join our current team of 1 Nephrologist, 1 Nurse Practitioner and support staff. - Opportunity to practice all aspects of nephrology including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and CRRT. - Call 1 in 3 with an average hospital census of 8-16 patients. - 24/7 coverage with hospitalist, intensivist and interventional radiology teams. - Stand alone, financially stable, not-for-profit health system - Regional tertiary center with robust specialty support including neurosurgery, pulmonology, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, interventional radiology, intensive care, advanced gastroenterology, cardiothoracic, and more! - Patient focused, quality community and regional medical care - Guaranteed compensation with production and incentive bonus structures - Generous sign-on / relocation bonus - Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues - 8 weeks PTO (6 vacation, 2 CME) - 5-7% retirement match + 457b program - Physician wellness programs focused on personal and professional development - Monthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issues * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
