Description Seeking a BC/BE Hospitalist Base salary 285,000 with Productivity and Quality incentive (not included in the base) Sign on bonus of $10,000 Supplemental shifts: $150/hr + RVU's (Nights); $100/hr + RVU's (Days) Retention bonus: $25,000 annually after 5 Years of Service 5 on, 5 off shifts (10.5 hours) Closed ICU Hospital patient volume is approximately 26,900 patients per year Average patient census per provider per day = 18 Staffed with Advanced Provider support (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) coverage daily Must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Candidates can expect: Excellent salary and benefit package Enhanced compensation package includes: Productivity Incentive, Quality Incentive, Extender Bonus Paid time off, CME stipend Non-Profit Health System, Employed Model *PSLF Eligible Paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance Paid Parental Leave Medical, dental and vision insurance 403(b) with 50% Employer match, plus Cash Balance Plan Short and long-term disability Group Life insurance Tuition assistance for self, dependent and/or spouse/domestic partner Customary and reasonable moving expenses H VISA OK * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
