Description Primary Care Physician/Faculty appt. dependent on level of experience; FM prefered, MD or DO/IM w/subspecialty (no surg), Med/Peds New grads and experienced physicians welcome Base salary: $250k, 2 year guarantee Quality/Productivity Incentives: Per primary care compensation mechanism (pay % of revenue < 55% based on productivity, incentives for quality and teaching n the 5-10% total comp range Sign on bonus: $25k pd by end of first month of employment, 2 yr service requirement of must pay back Relocation package: standard Loan assistance: up to $150k, pd over 4 yrs with 4 yrs service requirement ETO/Vacation: 22 vacation days for ft doctor and 8 national holidays CMEs: $3250/year (can carry over 1 year), 5 CME days for FT doctor Med/Mal Coverage/Benefits: UR Standards M-F days, can work evening hours, flexible 36 clinical hrs/4 admin hrs or 32 clinical hours/8 admin hrs Join 1 DO, 1 NP 1 Manager, 4 Receptionists, 1 RN and 2 LPNs 20-25 pts/day (1-2 new) Outpatient only 90% adult/10% peds If desired, joint injections, skin excisions, I&D, sutures, EKG PFT * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
