Description --Opening for a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician --Primary Care Outpatient only (No Hospital) --Regular Hours 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Mon - Fri --Minimal Telephone Call Scheduled 1 week out of 12. --Salary range (negotiable) depending on experience --$10k Provider Incentive Bonus based on RVU’s and Quality initiatives in addition to base salary --Full Benefits / Healthcare / Dental / Vision / Life Insurance / Disability / Supplemental Policies Available --6 days paid time off for CME annually --$1,500.00 for CME expenses --All Licenses, Prescriptive Authority Certifications, and Professional Organization fees paid by Center --NHSC scholars welcome to apply (score of 17) * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
