Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Inquire for specific location)
Duration: Start ASAP - end of 2026 with potential to extend (90 day cred timeline)
Reason for coverage: Needing a min of 2-3 FTE for additional help to cover growing volumes
Schedule: Ideally 7-14 shifts per month per provider (7on/7off preferred)
Shift: Strong preference for nights 7p-7a, open to offering days when available
Call: N/A
Scope of practice: APP Critical Care. Procedures include intubation, central line, arterial lines. CRRT experience required. Closed ICU. Daily assignments include:
•  Floor/bay - respond to trauma activations, admissions, rounding, consults, procedures, patient load variable
•  ICU – admissions, rounding, procedures, assist with procedures /surgery - up to 16 icu patients and up to 12 IMC patients with attending - these are split as census grows

Affiliated Hospitals: Level II Trauma Center
Requirements (boards, license): BLS, ACLS, ATLS, Board Certification, active OK license or compact (OK license will be prioritized), clean NPDB strongly preferred
