Medix is partnering with a healthcare facility located in California to hire a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join their mission-driven team. This role focuses on providing high-quality care to an adult population, primarily serving the homeless community. With a standard 40-hour work week and a predictable schedule, this position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in an underserved area while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Job Highlights

• Compensation: Competitive annual salary ranging from $220,000 to $300,000 based on experience.
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours) or Part-time (24+ hours). Flexible shifts available: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• No On-Call: Enjoy a set weekly schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements.
• Patient Volume: Manageable pace of approximately 18 patients per day.
• Supportive Environment: Work alongside NP/PA support staff with a structured leadership team including an HR Director and Clinical Supervisors.
