Description The Cardiology locums position in California… -Location: Orange County, CA -Duration: March - August (potential for extension) -Schedule: 1-2 weekends per month -Shift: Friday 5p – Monday 7a -Call: 24 hour -Scope: inpatient cardiology, rounds, consults, stat EKGs, stabilize and transfer any patients needing intervention. Last patient seen at 5p each day and will hold until the next morning. -Volumes: 3 new consults and 5 follow ups per day -EMR: Epic -Hospital: 60-63 beds to start (63 capacity), 8 bed ICU (20 bed capacity); 8 ETC beds -Required: Board certified in Cardiology with a California license and California DEA *Mileage, Hotel, and Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities*
