Looking for:

• A candidate that has been fellowship trained in Interventional Spine and Pain Management


• Open to a fast-paced practice in a wide geographic area with multiple satellite clinics


• Possess the ability to consult and manage medical patients, as well as interventional spine patients in an outpatient only environment


• Multidisciplinary focused


• Experience with spinal cord stimulators and cervical procedures

• EPIC EMR


• Excellent established referral sources


• Outpatient practice


• Growing, well established practice


• Three office locations – possibly adding a fourth


• Team currently consist of two Physicians and four Advanced Practitioners
