Opportunity Highlights
Start Date: May 1, 2026 (Expedited credentialing available).
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Work-Life Balance: No Call, No Rounding, and No Admissions.
Patient Volume: 16–18 patients per day (All ages).
Support: Solo physician setting within a collaborative Northwest Network; full access to specialty support at the medical center.
EMR: Epic.

Clinical Setting & Scope
Procedures: None required, though skills in skin excisions, punch biopsies, Nexplanon/IUD placement, Cryotherapy, or toenail evulsions are highly desired.
Demographics: Comprehensive care for pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

Provider Requirements
Board Status: Board Certified in Family Practice (Required).
Licensure: Active Alaska (AK) State License and DEA must be in hand at the time of submission to qualify for expedited credentialing.
Experience: Must demonstrate recent clinical activity (admitting physician for at least 20 patients during the past 24 months).
Certifications: Active BLS (AHA or American Red Cross).
Charting: Proficiency in Epic is required.
