Join Our Team as a Locum - Physician - Radiology in Wooster, OH


Are you a skilled Radiologist looking for flexible, high-impact work opportunities? We are seeking a dedicated Locum Physician to provide expert radiology coverage in Wooster, Ohio. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, supporting urgent and emergency radiology needs, including stroke and perfusion studies. Required Skills:


  • Valid Medical License with Board Certification in Radiology

  • Proficiency in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities including XR, CT, MR, US, and NM

  • Experience reading all CT scans, excluding CT Cardiac

  • Ability to efficiently handle high-volume ED reads and perform subspecialty case mix as specified

  • Competence in stroke and perfusion imaging interpretation

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Prior experience with MERGE platform is preferred



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Previous locum or remote radiology experience

  • Additional subspecialty certifications

  • Familiarity with hospital IT systems and PACS

  • Ability to assist with complex neuro and MSK cases



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Medical Degree (MD or DO)

  • Board Certification in Radiology

  • Minimum of 3 years of radiology practice, including high-volume ER reads

  • Proven experience in emergency and subspecialty radiology



Other Requirements:


  • Current state medical licensure or eligibility

  • Must be able to cover stroke and perfusion imaging

  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts starting from February 13, 2026
