Requirements:

Provider MUST be Covid and Flu Vaccinated - Required

Facility details:
Practice Setting: Medical Group of the Hospital - location is a primary care clinic
Reason for Coverage: We have a few retiring providers and have a gap between on boarding providers.
Has heavy Vietnamese population and would appreciate a Vietnamese speaking provider
Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8-430
Must be available for FT coverage
No call or weekends
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18-24
Number of Physicians in Practice: 5-6 at this location.
How Many Mid-Levels Provide Coverage: 2
Will the Locum Tenens Physician Respond to In-House Codes? Yes
Number of Exam Rooms: 5 to 6
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Practice Population: All ages
Required Occupational Medicine Procedures: Employment Physicals, Disability Exams, Diagnosis & Mgmt. of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems
