APP will work under physician supervision and will not practice autonomously.
Supervising physician is present during assignment.
APP is not expected to respond to house codes (physician only; ED staff respond).
Provider performs EKG interpretations.
ED is responsible for monitoring and supervising paramedics via radio.
Obstetric deliveries go directly to Labor & Delivery.
On-call response requirement (per bylaws): 30 minutes. Travel and Reimbursement
