JOB DESCRIPTION: - Promotes continuity of patient care by interacting and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team, including behavioral health and social services as appropriate. - May assume responsibility for day-to-day supervision of physician assistants/nurse practitioners. Flexible scheduling! The physician can work a schedule of choice with 5, 8-hour shifts or 4, 10-hour shifts.
