Skills

To maintain the high-acuity standards of these clinics, the following qualifications are required:
» Minimum of one year of experience in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care.
» At least one year of experience working in a "SOLO" provider capacity.
» Current California licensure (RN/NP or PA) and valid National Board Certification (NCCPA for PAs; AANPCB or ANCC for NPs).
» Active DEA Certificate with a California address.
» Proof of Furnishing Number (for NPs).
» Proficiency in common urgent care procedures, including suturing, splinting, and diagnostic interpretation.
» Ability to flex between clinic locations (typically within a 20-mile radius) as needed.
