Rates: $285/hr  

Opportunity Highlights
Start Date: April 13, 2026 (90-day initial contract).
Schedule: 3 days per week, 8-hour shifts (approx. 12 shifts/month).
Work-Life Balance: No call, no rounding, and no weekends.
Flexibility: You choose your three days, provided the schedule includes either a Monday or a Friday.
EMR: EPIC.

Clinical Setting & Workflow
Practice Type: 100% Outpatient.
Patient Volume: 16–18 patients per day.
Clinic Template: 40 minutes for new patient visits / 20 minutes for follow-ups.
Duties: Standard diagnosis and management of chronic rheumatic and autoimmune conditions.

Provider Requirements
Board Status: Board Certified (MD/DO) in Rheumatology (Required).
Licensure: Active Illinois Medical License is required at the time of submission (no exceptions).
Compliance: Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
Certifications: Active ACLS and BLS.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of post-fellowship experience.
Background: Clean background for expedited credentialing (30-day timeframe).
