Rates: $130/hr

Opportunity Highlights
Start Date: April 6, 2026.
Schedule Flexibility: * Full-time or Part-time opportunities (approx. 20 shifts/month).
12-hour shifts (Day and Night availability needed).
Minimum of 4 consecutive shifts per block preferred.
Weekend-only availability is accepted.
Clinical Volume: Manage 5–10 patients per shift.
Support: Robust team environment with on-site Physicians, APPs, and 24/7 e-ICU collaboration.
EMR: EPIC.

Clinical Responsibilities
Rounding: Participate in multidisciplinary ICU rounds at 10 AM and 10 PM.
Procedures Required: * Central Venous Catheter (CVC) placement.
Arterial line placement.
Hemodialysis (HD) line placement.
Intubations (based on skill and comfort level).
Collaboration: Deliver high-quality care in collaboration with on-site physicians and the e-ICU team.

Provider Requirements
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (NP or PA).
Licensure: Active Illinois State License and Illinois Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) are required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Critical Care experience.
Certifications: Active ACLS and BLS are required.
DEA: Required at the time of application.
Travel & Reimbursement
Airfare: Standard economy fares provided.
Transportation: Rental car provided (4WD SUV during winter months) or mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
Parking: On-site parking is covered.
