  • Coverage Needed   

    • ASAP -  3-4 Months, Potentially Ongoing - 

      • Will consider Locum or Locum to Perm





  • Schedule  

    • Monday " Friday 8-5 



  • Clinical Details  

    • Personalized & comprehensive Integrative concierge medicine

    • Scheduled Appointments 

    • 5-10 Patients/Day

    • Exams and DX, Consults, Simple Procedures 

    • Mostly Geriatric - Long Term Care 

    • 2 Support Staff - 1 remote, 1 in person 



  • Requirements  

    • CA License and DEA

    • ACLS, BLS

    • COVID Vaccine 

    • BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine 



  • EMR 

    • Athena
