• Employed practice seeks a BE/BC Geriatrician, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for their Geriatric population


• Salary: $250,000


• Bonus: up to $70,000


• Sign on-$15,000


• 400 patient panel size maximum


• 10,000sqft center with Labs, EKG and ECHOs


• Large support staff of nurses, MA's, Care Team, Case Manager, Social Workers and community outreach specialists


• EMR: Athena
