- Coverage Needed:
- October 14-16, 2023 and December 22-27, 2023
- Ongoing dates
- Clinical Information:
- 24 hour in-house coverage with after hour call coverage
- EMR: Epic
- Daily Patient Volume: 5
- Consults and Rounding
- Support: Mid-Level hospital support
- Required:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active Georgia state license or ability to get licensure
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
