• Full-Time/ Permanent Role 
• You will be joining a team of 3 physicians & 1 NP
• Schedule: 4/10 hour shifts per week
• Duties include;  A focus on sleep medicine will train on botox procedures & trigger point injections 
• Patients per day: 13-17 patients per day 
• Miminal Call
• EMR; Epic
• New grads welcome to apply
• OR licence in hand or in the process
