We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist I to provide comprehensive medication management and support across diverse hospital settings. What You’ll Bring:


  • Current pharmacy license in your state

  • BLS or ACLS certification (required)

  • PALS certification (necessary for pediatric practice)

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS Pharmacy degree

  • Hospital experience preferred but not mandatory

  • Ability to interpret and prepare medication orders accurately

  • Strong clinical skills in drug therapy monitoring, pharmacokinetics, and patient education

  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

  • Ability to supervise pharmacy support staff and work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams



Additional Skills That Are a Plus:


  • Experience with anticoagulation, antimicrobial stewardship, or opioid management

  • Familiarity with pharmacy informatics and electronic medical records

  • Knowledge of sterile and non-sterile compound preparation

  • Experience in outpatient ambulatory care settings



Preferred Education & Experience:


  • PharmD or equivalent degree

  • Prior hospital pharmacy experience highly desirable

  • Certification in relevant clinical areas (e.g., pharmacokinetics, infectious diseases) is advantageous



Other Requirements:


  • Flexibility to work varied 8-hour shifts, including early morning, daytime, evening, and potential night shifts

  • Ability to travel and adapt to different hospital environments

  • Licensure, certification, and ongoing CE requirements maintained as per regulations

  • Willingness to participate in clinical interventions, stewardship activities, and interdisciplinary rounds

  • Commitment to maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services



This position offers an hourly pay rate of $70.35, with the opportunity for temp-to-perm employment, and benefits including comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick time, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
