Description Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician Locums Job in Virginia | Monday–Friday Clinic + Call | Beginning May 8 – Ongoing | Assignment #113953 Open Dates -- May 8 – May 15 -- May 16 – May 22 -- May 26 – May 31 Coverage Details -- Monday–Friday Clinic: 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM -- Nightly weekday call -- 24-hour weekend call -- Multi-site coverage required (3 sites) -- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days Requirements -- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine -- Fellowship trained -- Virginia license -- BLS -- AIUM certification – Highly Preferred Required Procedures / Skills -- Amniocentesis -- Chorionic Villus Sampling -- Pre-eclampsia -- Multiple pregnancy management -- Growth restriction -- Chromosomal abnormalities -- Congenital abnormalities -- Pre-term labor -- Hypertension -- Thrombophilia -- Genetic disorders -- Birth defects -- Vaginal birth -- Cesarean birth -- Management of fetal or maternal comorbidities associated with high-risk pregnancy -- Cerclage – Preferred Assignment Details -- Practice setting: Office and inpatient -- Average patients per day: 27 -- Physicians in practice: 1 per site (2-provider service across two facilities) -- APP support: 1 NP rotating between sites -- Exam rooms: 3 -- Onsite ultrasound: Yes (GE 10) -- Support staff: RN clinic educator, sonographer, genetic counselor, front office team -- Low-risk pregnancy volume: 5% -- High-risk pregnancy volume: 95% -- Nursery level: III -- EMR: EPIC, Viewpoint Jackson and Coker offers: + Weekly Direct Deposit + Top Rated Malpractice Insurance * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
