• Full-time Permanent position 
• Schedule: 4-10 hour days working Monday-Thursday
• No call 
• 100% Outpatient
• The provider will be evaluating patients, carrying out treatment plans, and working collaboratively with the Orthopedic Specialists 
• The provider will be part of a hospital-owned multispecialty group that consists of physicians, advanced practitioners, and a strong administrative team 
• Experienced and New graduates are welcome to apply
• New York license must be in hand or in process
