Hospitalist Physician – Eastern Florida Coastal LocationA well-established healthcare organization on Florida’s east coast is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist Physician to join its inpatient team across two nearby hospital campuses. Position Highlights Flexible scheduling options available
Day shifts only
Variety of schedule structures with flexibility in patient volume
No call responsibilities
Advanced practice providers cover nights
Hybrid ICU model
No procedures required
Clinical Responsibilities Provide inpatient medical management for adult patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive hospital environment
Qualifications MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for Florida medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $275,000, negotiable based on experience, with earning potential up to $400,000
RVU and/or performance bonus opportunities

Location Eastern Florida coastal community
Two hospital campuses located approximately 20 minutes apart
