Description ### About the Opportunity\nMedix is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a hybrid role blending hands-on geriatric care with remote administrative tasks. This position focuses on managing the health of high-risk older adults.\n\nLocation: Pennsylvania\nFacility Type: Geriatric Care\nStart Date: March 9, 2026\nLength of Assignment: Contract (400-Hour Expected Duration)\nSchedule: Mon–Fri 8-4 (4 days onsite; 1 remote admin day)\nState License Needed: Pennsylvania\nPay: Personalized compensation packages, including competitive rates and applicable stipends, will be discussed in detail with your recruiter.\n\n### Responsibilities\n--> Perform comprehensive physical exams and wellness assessments for older adults.\n--> Monitor and follow up on individualized care plans.\n--> Provide both in-home and remote care, including prescription refills and lab reviews.\n--> Address both chronic and acute conditions in high-risk populations.\n\n### Required Skills & Qualifications\n--> Graduation from an accredited NP program.\n--> Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or family practice. * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
