Description May - Ongoing Preferred Schedule: 7a Sat - 7a Tue the following week Clinic: 8a-430p, 430p-8a call, Sat/Sun: 8a-8a call, 10 shifts per month min required Worksite Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient Scope of Work: Outpatient clinic Avg 20 patients per day Mix of new and established patients Inpatient: Appx 2 weekdays per week and 24hr weekend call Rounding/consults Surgical cases and call Tracheotomy required Oral maxillofacial and facial repairs/trauma; plating, soft tissue repair, mandible arch bars Routine ENT patient needs, emergency room and trauma patients with ENT needs. Typical ENT surgical skill and experience Cases Seen: Sinuses, tonsils/adenoids, ear infections, thyroids, vertigo, hearing loss, larynx lesions, voice disturbance, nosebleeds, cerumen, trachs Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license or IMLC w LOQ, BC, ACLS, BLS, DEA, min 5 years of experience EMR: Epic * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
