Job Title: Dermatologist (Locum and Permanent Opportunities)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dermatologist to join our team in a full-time capacity, offering both locum and permanent placement options. This role is ideal for professionals committed to delivering exceptional skin care services in a supportive clinical environment. The position involves a manageable weekly schedule, minimal after-hours calls, and opportunities for tele-dermatology consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dermatological care to diverse patient populations.
- Manage patient consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
- Conduct skin examinations, biopsies, and minor procedures as required.
- Participate in scheduled clinic sessions, typically Monday through Friday, totaling 4.5 workdays per week.
- Involvement in low-volume hospital or after-hours call duties, designed to be unobtrusive.
- Engage in tele-dermatology consultations approximately one day per week, facilitating remote patient care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid medical license to practice dermatology in California; applicants with licenses in progress are encouraged to apply.
- Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology.
- New graduates are welcome to apply, with the ability to quickly adapt to clinical responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
