Description -Will serve as Medical Director for 4 Long Term Care Facilities and 4 Assisted Living Facilities in the Fort Wayne Area and serve as the Supervising Physician for 5 Geriatric Focused Nurse Practitioners to assist in Providing Regulatory Rounds and Acute Visits. -Schedule is variable, but 40 hours per week. -About 10 PPD -Would prefer experience with Post Acute Care -Looking ASAP -EMR: Epic -BC, or have the intent on being BC -No J1 or H1, loan reimbursement negotiable -Competitive Base Salary, plus Sign-on, Quality, Productivity bonuses -Full benefits * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
