A hospital is seeking a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon for locum tenens coverage to support inpatient and surgical services.Compensation: 24-hour call: $2500-3000/24 hours, Callback: up to $350-450/hr Position Details

Must be able to perform a wide range of orthopedic procedures including:
Joint conditions (arthritis, bursitis, dislocations, ligament tears, inflammation)
Ankle & foot (fractures, heel pain, deformities)
Shoulder (rotator cuff, labrum/SLAP tears, fractures, dislocations, impingement)
Bone (fractures, infections, deformities)
Hand & wrist (fractures, tendon/ligament injuries, carpal tunnel, arthritis)
Elbow (fractures, arthritis, ligament injuries, dislocations)
Knee (meniscus/cartilage injuries, ligament tears, patella dislocations, fractures, tendinitis) Requirements:
Board Certified – required
Active New York license – required
BLS & ACLS – required
