Description -Locations: Danville, IL -Position: Family Medicine (Outpatient) -Start date: 60-90 Days -Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5pm -Call: Rotating call every 4-5 weeks for 1 full week at a time -Job Description: Typical outpatient Primary Care services -Patient Population: All Ages -PPD: 18-21 PPD -EMR: Epic -Requirements: *BE/BC in Family Medicine -Support: Full office staff and APP's -On site resources: *Lab Services *Imaging Department *Pharmacy adjacent to building * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
