Details:
-Location: San Rafael, CA – Locums to Perm Opportunity
-Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing (Until a Permanent candidate is Hired)
-seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PHP)
-Non-profit health clinic/FQHC Facility
-To improve the health and well-being of individuals and families living in poverty and help  
     prevent homelessness
-Outpatient Only
-No Call
-Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm
-Monday – Friday (Closed on Saturday and Sunday)
-Provide primary health care services to individuals who otherwise could not afford it.
-Staffed by nurse practitioners, the Health Center offers preventative care as well as Urgent Care
-The behavioral health staff provides psychotherapy and substance use counseling on an ongoing and
      drop-in basis.
