Description SBH Health & Wellness Center <ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: 3 days of outpatient clinic, ½ day inpatient/L&D coverage (equals 1 full day every other week), ½ day OR time (equals 1 full day every other week); 1 post-call day each week with no clinical duties</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>New Graduates</li> <li>Call Schedule: 3 night shifts per month (5pm-8am); 1 weekend shift per month (~24 hours, 8am-8am); 1 post-call day each week after required night call</li> <li>Loan Repayment</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus</li> <li>Compensation: - Competitive base salary: BE $240K, BC $245K+ (commensurate with experience/seniority) - Supplemental shifts at $140/hr</li> <li>Benefits: - Choice of individual or family health insurance - 401K pension plan with a 3% safe harbor (vesting over 5 years) and a 1% employer match for employee contributions - Term life insurance - Optional group long-term disability coverage - Professional medical liability insurance - 20 days' vacation, 4 elective days, and 5 CME days annually (based on a 4-day clinical work week - Supplemental shifts at $140/hr - Federal and state loan repayment available</li> <li>Additional Info: Join SBH Women's Health, a dynamic faculty practice located in the heart of the Bronx's "Little Italy." As part of the innovative, non-profit SBH Health System, our team includes 11 full-time OB/GYNs, part-time subspecialists (MFM, Gyn Onc, FPMRS), and seven midwives who work collaboratively in a true generalist model. We offer a balanced mix of OB and GYN, inpatient and outpatient care, and full-spectrum surgical and medical management. We perform 600-700 deliveries annually-mostly high-risk-with low cesarean rates, high VBAC success, and excellent outcomes. Providers have access to extensive ultrasound services, full-time anesthesia, 24/7 neonatology, and a Level III NICU.
