Description SBH Health & Wellness Center <ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: M-F, 9a-5pm + 1 inpatient weekend a month</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>New Graduates</li> <li>Average Patients seen: 20</li> <li>Call Schedule: Phone only, 1 week at a time</li> <li>Loan Repayment</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus: $10000</li> <li>Compensation: $200,000 negotiable base salary, plus $2,000 bonuses for weekend coverage, $10,000 chairman's bonus if eligible, and additional performance bonuses</li> <li>Benefits: Comprehensive package </li> <li>Additional Info: Care for patients in a continuity panel, some panels are precepted with Internal Medicine residents, pre-surgical testing optimization and a transition clinic also built into the schedule. Other Responsibilities + Requirements: - 1 weekend a month coverage of the inpatient hospitalist service, reimbursed separately from the base salary. - Attendance at monthly departmental meetings and weekly Grand Rounds. - Background in Quality and Performance improvement a plus. - Strong communication, collaboration and teaching skills a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment a plus.
