Description Oncology Locums – Oregon: Location: Oregon Duration: June – Ongoing Schedule: 0.5 FTE, 3 days per week Shift: clinic Monday-Wednesday, 10-hour, 8am-6pm Call: Phone call (no callback), only on-call for established patients Call volume: Maximum 0-1 phone calls per day Clinic volume: 10-12 patients per day, no more than 2 new patients per day. 30-minute appointments. New patients are 1 hour. Scope: Bread and butter outpatient Oncology EMR: Cerner Community Works Hospital: 25 bed critical access, Level IV trauma designation Group: 1.5 Med Onc, 1 APP Requirements: Oregon license, Oregon DEA, Board Certified, ACLS certified * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
