--Tennessee license required
--Monday through Friday, 10 hour shifts 
--CRNAs medically directed by two physicians 
--Case mix includes ortho, ENT, pediatrics 
--CRNAs must be comfortable with spinal blocks and pediatrics 
--Epic EMR
--May start
